I recently turned 27.

If I keep it up at this rate, I should get to thirty within the next five years.

My real name has always been my tagline, but I figured it was time to make it my username. The lack of anonymity (even the paper-thin version I used to have) should be a motivation for me to stop being such an antisocial sack of globes, and actually be present here from time to time.

So hello! My name is Cassandra Wedeking (Wed a king.) I'm a native of Indiana. I studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I had art duties (along with ~Amohs) on a webcomic called Evil Diva for a while, and am now working on another webcomic called Magick Chicks.

Though once you get to the Julii, everyone has the same damn name. And the guy we know as Augustus seriously went by, like, ten different things. It gets a bit confusing.

Invictus would be a great middle name.

It is a persistent distraction, but also a necessity. Nuts.

Just thought I should post about this because it has been affecting how I've been responding to messages and comments and what have you.

I no longer have internet at home, and so have been sponging off of library connections and very good friends when I get the chance. This means I get about an hour of internet time every two to three days.

If you send me a message and I don't respond for a while, it's usually because I just haven't seen it.

I'll probably get access back someday soon, but internet is like a drug to me: time-sucking and expensive. I'll be back in full capacity when I have more willpower and money.

Severin and I are going to the University of South Carolina's Nashicon again this year.

The next couple months are going to be full of making stuff in preparation. I already have ideas, but Christmas presents come first.

I'm going to Columbia for Nashicon this Saturday. I'm sharing a table with amohs and <a href="[link]>blix.

I've never done this before! I'm going to be selling a couple postcards, and minicomics and I'm working on some Furuba bookmarks.
